NADOHE serves as the pre-eminent voice for diversity officers in higher education by supporting and leading collective efforts towards inclusive excellence through the production and dissemination of empirical evidence through research to inform diversity initiatives; identification and circulation of exemplary practices; offering of professional development for current and aspiring diversity officers; informing and influencing of national and local policies; and the creation and fostering of networking opportunities.
