INSIGHT Welcomes Institute for Diversity in Health Management as New Partner

INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine is pleased to announce it is partnering with the nonprofit Institute for Diversity in Health Management.

The Institute works to expand leadership opportunities for and increase the number of ethnic minorities in health services administration. Its goal is to build a healthcare workforce that is more reflective of the country’s increasingly diverse population.

Through educational programs — like the certificate in diversity management in healthcare — summer internships, scholarship opportunities, and professional development and leadership conferences, the Institute helps further the advancement of ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse individuals in healthcare leadership.

The organization was co-founded by the American Hospital Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the National Association of Health Services Executives. Its partners include the Asian Health Care Leaders Association and the National Forum for Latino Health Care Executives.
