2023 Diversity Conference Calendar

This one-day conference focuses on business initiatives in diversity by gathering corporate, academic, and community speakers. Conference participants gain knowledge and information about issues regarding diversity, awareness, and respect. Students have the opportunity to network with corporate representatives, explore career paths, and gain insight into the corporate climate of presenting companies.

The conference features a deep dive into DEI fundamentals as well as strategies for organizational transformation. Participants will explore their own self-awareness along with their motivations and commitments to the work. Essential skills for effective DEI outcomes will be discussed.

The theme of the conference is the Asian American experience. The three-day conference will highlight existing scholarship on race in Walla Walla, Wash., and the greater Eastern Washington region. 

Together We Grow is focused on building a diverse, skilled, and inclusive workforce for the agriculture and food sector. Members are from large, national agribusiness, higher education, national NGOs, and the USDA.

The Capitol Forum brings together leaders of colleges and universities, public policymakers, key federal agency leaders, allied organizations, and corporate, community, and philanthropic representatives to win public- and private-sector support for Hispanic-Serving Institutions. Key to these strategic forums are congressional meetings to allow higher education leaders and supporters to speak with their representatives. 

Professional development conference for university presidents, deans, professors, and administrators who gather for a dynamic three-day experience aimed to engage women of color in conversations, seminars, and lectures that build resiliency and grit as they navigate their pathways to success in academia.

The 2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Education conference focuses on how learning environments can be created to engage diverse voices. Presentations will be geared toward educators and administrators in PK-12 and higher education, as well as staff members who support students in these settings.

The conference theme this year is entitled "Reframing Ethics in Legal Education: If Not Us, Then Who?"

NACE23 is for college career services and corporate recruiting professionals to learn about leading practices and trends, engage with globally recognized subject matter experts, and network and connect with each other.
