Oprah Winfrey's latest venture, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), came under fire on August 13 when Catherine Dunn, a former employee, filed a wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit against the network. Dunn suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and was forced to take a stress leave because she was working in what she deemed to be a "hostile work environment."  Her lawsuit states that while she was on leave, her position was filled by a "non-disabled and younger employee."
