Proofs and price quotes will be provided to you for approval prior to publication. Please provide us with contact information (fax and/or email address). Ads over one vertical inch will be billed to the next quarter inch. All ads are billed on the basis of actual space used. There is no additional charge for typesetting, using larger type, combinations of type styles/sizes, block ads containing several position notices, borders around ads, or logos or seals. However, if any of these options increase the size of the ad, you will be billed for the actual space used. Logos should be emailed to INSIGHT Into Diversity in pdf, eps, or tiff format. We do not accept faxed copies of logos or seals.
