Anise D. Wiley-Little brings over twenty five years of diverse business experience in the discipline of Human Resources and on business advisory and non-profit boards with significant expertise in compensation and talent acquisition.  

As Managing Partner with MEGA-K Enterprises she advises diverse suppliers, businesses and executives on HR strategy, all aspects of diversity, supplier diversity and worklife.

As Vice President and Allstate’s first Chief Diversity Officer, Wiley-Little was responsible for orchestrating Allstate’s enterprise wide diversity strategy resulting in significant national recognition and increase in Supplier Diversity spend to 1 billion, making Allstate World Class. Wiley-Little has appeared on television throughout the country on diversity and work life. She has been profiled in many publications including the Chicago Tribune, Workforce Management, Investor’s Business Daily, Diversity Journal, PR Week and HR Magazine and others. She and her family were also featured in the PBS documentary Fathers and Daughters: Journeys of the Heart.

She is the recipient of national and local recognition including the 2006 Most Influential African Americans Freedom Award for her quiet contribution to racial justice and equality and the 2006 Leadership Award from the People’s Voice and the Most Influential African American for 2007. Also selected one of Chicago’s most influential in Who’s Who in Black Chicago and a 2010 YWCA Women of Achievement Award Winner in the Business Category.

Wiley-Little is an alumna of Illinois State University and holds a Master’s from the University of Illinois.
