Wells Fargo To Settle Gender Discrimination Lawsuit

Wells Fargo will pay a settlement of $32 million to approximately 1,200 female employees who claimed to have been paid less than men and denied promotions due to their gender. According to the settlement announced on June 8, Wells Fargo must also implement a program to enhance training and increase efforts to promote female financial advisors.
