Electronics Giant Toshiba Faces $100 Million Discrimination Lawsuit

Electronics maker Toshiba Corp.'s U.S. business is facing a $100 million lawsuit for alleged "systemic" discrimination against its female employees over pay and promotions. The complaint claims Toshiba America Inc. regularly fails to pay women salaries and bonuses equal to those paid to men who do similar work, segregates women into lower pay-grade positions and favors men for promotion.
