Crystal Litz plans to file a discrimination lawsuit against The Saint Consulting Group, claiming she was demoted and eventually fired by the British firm because she married a woman and supported other female colleagues who were harassed. The bulk of a discrimination complaint that Litz filed in May against Saint cites examples of a sexist culture at the land-use consulting firm, while there are comparatively few examples of how Litz, in particular, was singled out and harassed. In her discrimination complaint, Litz claims she was demoted last fall because she told the company she was a lesbian and would be marrying a woman. She eventually was forced to leave in March.
