Super Bowl Ads Lack Diversity

Richard Lapchick, author of the study and director of the Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport at the University of Central Florida and recent INSIGHT Into Diversity contributor, released a study on May 5 which found that the Super Bowl ads that ran during February's championship football game were created nearly exclusively by white males and showed a complete lack of diversity.
