“INSIGHT Into Diversity has always been sensitive to our needs to advertise and attract high quality minority candidates to fill our faculty positions at Texas A&M. INSIGHT Into Diversity has always given me a quick turn around and fair price for the advertisements we place with them. I know Texas A&M’s ranking for placement of well-qualified minority candidates has greatly increased over the past 3-5 years as a result of the visibility our positions receive in the INSIGHT Into Diversity”

Northern California University Hires Consulting Firm to Improve Campus Diversity |
For many people, the lack of diversity on the campus of Sonoma State University has been a topic of concern for quite awhile now. In an effort to do more about this issue, a Bay Area consulting firm known as Halualani and Associates was hired in early February. Specializing in diversity strategy and planning for college campuses, they have been working on mapping out the current diversity status and inclusive excellence at SSU for the past couple of months. With the help of the President's Diversity Council, five strategic areas have been decided upon to help increase diversity. They include: relating across differences, multicultural competence civility and crisis management, promoting diversity of students faculty and staff, diversity in the curriculum, content, pedagogy and development, and enhancing the institutional structure to support inclusive excellence.
