Faculty and Staff Diversity Could Use a Boost at Harvard |
 While strides have been made to increase faculty and staff diversity at Harvard, the school’s president, Drew G. Faust, wrote in a campus-wide e-mail that women and minorities remain underrepresented in many campus circles. According to Faust, 60 percent of Harvard staff are women and 22 percent are people of color, but only 12 percent of those have attained leadership positions. Click here to read more.
