African-American Waitress Claims She Was Only Given Black Tables at Applebee's |
 Courtney Haywood, a 23-year-old African-American waitress who was terminated earlier this year, has filed a discrimination complaint against Applebee's after she claims a manager harassed her on the job and only allowed her to only serve tables taken by black customers. Haywood started working at the Towson, Maryland Applebee's location in 2007 as a server and bartender. In May of 2011, she claims new management at the restaurant allowed her to serve food only to black patrons. Click here to read more.
